CRISTINA CELESTINO
Cristina Celestino is an architect and designer based in Milan. Born in Pordenone, she studied architecture at the IUAV School of Architecture in Venice, graduating in 2005. After working with several design studios in the fields of interiors and product design, she founded her own studio in Milan in 2013.
Her practice spans residential, hospitality, and commercial interiors, as well as creative direction and product design. Her work is defined by a refined curiosity and a strong focus on material, geometry, history, and nature. Through careful research and experimentation, she creates spaces and objects that reinterpret traditions, shift scale, and introduce unexpected decorative and conceptual languages.
Celestino has collaborated with leading international brands including Acqua di Parma, Fendi, Diptyque, Maison Matisse, Moooi, Nilufar, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Gervasoni, Serapian, and Wonderglass. Her work has been featured in publications such as AD100, Domus, Elle Decor, Wallpaper, IDEAT, and Vogue.
She has received several awards, including the Salone del Mobile Special Jury Prize in 2016 and Maison & Objet’s “Best Designer of the Year” award in 2022.
